Before stepping into coaching, I spent more than a decade as an HR leader inside high-growth startups and complex organizations. I sat at the table with executives and boards, guiding them through rapid scale, culture shifts, and tough conversations that couldn’t be ignored. From navigating conflict to leading organizational transformations, I learned how to bring clarity where the stakes were high and the pressure was constant.

That experience is the backbone of my coaching. I know what it takes to lead when the demands never stop. Today, I partner with executives and organizations to build leaders who achieve results without running themselves into the ground. With an MBA in Organizational Leadership and advanced training in Executive Coaching and Consulting from the Townsend Institute, I bring both business insight and coaching expertise to every engagement.
